Will I be sure to get the "In Stock" items i've ordered ?
Stock avaibility and updates are done daily. If for any reason, this item is not available, you'll be informed by email in the 24 hours following your order (except on week-ends).

Preorders
Doll industry is similar to fashion industry, always a season ahead, in short quantities. Preorders garantee you the avaibility by reserving your dolls early. You can also manage your budget easily by paying with installments.
How much is the deposit for preorders ?
According the value of the items, the deposit is 10%, 20%, 25% or 100%. When you add the item to your cart and proceed to check out, you only pay the deposit + shipping taxes.
I've made a preorder, when the balance is due ?
From the day Miss Vinyl send an email telling you the doll is in stock, you've got 2 weeks to pay your balance. After this time, your order is cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
I've changed my mind, I want to cancel my preorder, how do I proceed ?
Dolls are in small editions (especially Helen Kish & Tonner) so once the dolls are ordered by Miss Vinyl, orders must be fullfilled and can't be cancelled. So if you want to cancel your preorder, be aware you may loose your deposit. The deposit may be refundable if you made a mistake in your order (quantity, price or designation). In any case, if you have question on cancelling your preorder, please ask : info@missvinyl.com
What do I have to wait for my order for so long ?
Most of the dolls are manufactured in China, you must know that some delays may occured from manufacturers, deliveries, customs. Once the dolls are in stock, you personnaly receive an email. If you want more information about avaibility, please check the BLOG

Where is the english version of the site ?

What "Made to Order" means in Tonner dolls ?
Tonner Company only manufactures the quantities retailers order. There is no way to backorder once the items are in stock.
Are the pictures on the online store yours ?
Pictures are the property of the manufacturers. Once the dolls are in stock, Miss Vinyl take pictures in his own photo studio. There are no touch-ups, you can see by yourself what the doll look like in the product description. If you want to see more picutres, check the GALLERY.
Do you have a store ?
- Miss Vinyl has a show-room where you can see every doll in stock. You can visit the store by appointment if you travel in Brittany. If you live around Rennes, you can pick up your dolls to save on shipping. Just give us a call for an appointment : 02 99 38 73 65 for France or 33 2 99 38 73 65 for l'international - from 10 AM to 7 PM - monday to friday.
