Miss Vinyl send all orders with LA POSTE shipping service.

Shipping prices are calculated upon weight.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM, from monday to friday, are handled with 24 hours.
Orders placed during week-ends - friday 3:00 PM to monday 9:00 AM - are handled on monday. The shipping delay is estimated from your country of residence (from
2 days up to 3 weeks).

Incompleted informations or failure to comply with our return policies will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read all company policies listed below before ordering and or returning merchandise. All items are delivered in their original package.

Return Policy

Your parcel is damaged, please call us immediately. We will tell you how to return your package. Don't forget to keep the packaging of damaged dolls. Returns will not be accepted unless authorization has been given. Merchandise must be received within 2 weeks of return authorization or will not be accepted. All return merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer (unless otherwise specified) or return will be denied. Any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping, such as duties/brokerage fees, will be credited to the purchaser. Exchange or Credit only upon returning merchandise. No money back policy.
